With a background in photographic mediums, moving image and installation, White’s practice studies and empowers the nuances of the Black-Caribbean experience in Britain.

Cultivating inclusive and transformative learning spaces and pedagogy, she is the founder of Phantasy Saturday School (FKA Eating At the Same Table), a programme of interventions in arts and culture learning, which has collaborated with and consulted various arts organisations and museums to host a series of lectures, panel discussions, workshops, and short courses with aims to nurture, support, and facilitate global majority creatives.

Inspired by the Supplementary Saturday School’s movement of the 1960s, Phantasy Saturday School responds to a collective and ongoing need for knowledge-exchange and shared learning external to the harms of the academy.

White completed an MA in Culture Industry at Goldsmiths University in 2023 and holds a PGCE in Secondary Art & Design (UCL, 2020). She is currently an Engagement Producer at The Line, London (Public Art trail).
